Nowhere To Run

Speaking of Canada... I see where the Canadians are holding elections today and it looks like the liberal government up there is about to be given the boot and replaced with a more conservative party. So I suppose all those "Bush Dodgers" who were planning to run to Canada after George W. Bush was re-elected are now going to come running back across the border to the good ol' USA. If ever there was a need for a fence.... I know many Canadians who still miss their guns since they were banned, and who wish they could have helped us out in Iraq. Some have even expressed a desire for British Columbia to become the 51st state. But maybe after today's vote is over they'll have a chance to put things right again. Nobody really wants to speak French out west, but their Government MAKES them! And did you know it's a LAW that Canadian radio stations MUST play 35% Canadian artists? That's why when you listen to BKR, you hear people like Brian Adams or The Guess Who all the time. Talk about big brother! I just hope that after todays election our good neighbor to the north will feel like a real neighbor once again.
