Reality Bites!

This BLOG almost writes itself In a natural follow-up to my previous rant about my love for Reality TV, comes this story about the first winner of Survivor, Richard Hatch. Richard was the scheming, chubby, gay dude on the first season of Survivor who ultimately won the million dollar prize as "sole survivor". But it seems Richard got caught NOT paying the taxes on his winnings from that show, as well as other money he later recieved as a result of his survivor fame. Hatch (44) was found "guilty" today for failing to pay those taxes, and now faces up to 13 years in prison and a fine of $600,000. "Hatch was handcuffed and taken into custody after U.S. District Judge Ernest Torres said he was a potential flight risk." So to sum it up... A semi-famous, rich, gay guy, who is not well liked, is being sent to prison for several years... The ultimate survivor challenge is about to begin.
