Helen Keller Discovers Washington

The state of Washington has a new Tourism slogan.
What is it, you may ask... (insert drum roll here)...


The slogan was 18 months in development with a lot of market research and the input of a 32-member "brand development task force".
A $442,000 campaign will put "SayWA" advertisments into travel magazines and television programs.

It took 32 guys 18 months to come up with "sayWA"?
Were these the same people they hired to re-count the ballots in the Governor's election?

But I guess their first idea, "You should go WASH." sent the wrong message.
