A Simple Plan

Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld is being sued because the Pentagon has a list of potential military recruits. Nevermind that nobody is being forced to join the all volunteer military. I have an idea! Let's all us conservatives just stay home on election day 2008. Let's also encourage our brave sons and daughters to NOT re-enlist in the Military. The Democrats will win the Presidency, as well as every seat in both the House and Senate. And the next day we can all start bitching about Global Warming, Free Medical Care, and the price of gas. The liberals will have to get off their fat asses and figure out how to solve the problems of the world all by themselves. But we won't go to work so we won't make any money, and they can't tax what we don't have. The defense of the country and the rest of the world will be their problem now, and with all our kids having done their time already, there will be no choice but to draft all the hippy's kids. I'll be safe at home with my son, the Iraq War Veteran, watching Bruce Willis movies and drinking beer.
