There's Gotta Be A Joke In Here Somewhere....

The Dixie Chicks are still making blondes look dumb. In this British newspaper story, they admit that they just don't get it. "The entire country may disagree with me, but I don't understand the necessity for patriotism," Maines resumes, through gritted teeth. "Why do you have to be a patriot? About what? This land is our land? Why? You can like where you live and like your life, but as for loving the whole country… I don't see why people care about patriotism." So I guess it's NOT just about this particular President or about this particular war. These spoiled bitches just don't seem to like the fundamental things this country stands for. Even people in countries other than America will raise an eyebrow to this latest statement. I think she just stepped on their Dix again. And what's the big deal about 'Freedom' anyways? I get to say what I want and nobody puts me in a prison or cuts out my tongue.
