DEMOCRAT Rep. Charles "Charlie" Rangel said he wants to bring back 'The Draft' yesterday. Michelle Malkin's post today has several links to when the Democrats used this very issue to try and scare younger voters into voting against the re-election of George W. Bush in 2004. She recalls (with links) when people like Max Cleland, Howard Dean and John Kerry, as well as left-leaning media sources like NBC, CBS and even MTV used the threat of "Bush's Draft" in an attempt to mislead voters.
